Disappointed that the description for the Tiffany band ring I won did not mention the inscription I found engraved on the inside-usually this sort of information is in the item description & would have affected my decision to bid. Would have liked email notification that items had been posted.

I won the bidding for a Hublot watch which arrived in a faulty condition that was not disclosed in the item's condition report. I am struggling to get it repaired and am somewhat disappointed. Your colleague Kasia was however very helpful in arranging shipping.

When the watch came, there was some melting of the rubber that came out from the caseback and this was not found during the auction when the pics were displayed.

I very much appreciate it that Fellows handles the shipping so efficiently. The only thing I would like to see is more photos and details on the quality of stones in jewelry, if that information is available.

Their payment process neglected to tell me that my payment didn't go through. A week later they contacted me and told me I was late on my payment. I told him I paid and the check again. They said it didn't go through. But there was no way for me to know that because there was no notice. And then I paid for it and they never sent it out. So I had to ask them where it was after 10 days and they finally sent it and I will be receiving it today

I sent 3 Email to N. Parker to adjust my invoice, which were never answered. Also I called long distant 2 times and left messages, which were never answered. I called on March 20 2017 and my invoice was adjusted, I paid with Master Card. DHL pick up and delivered to Montreal Canada by March 22 2017. The lot 579 was 9 Montblanc pens, I only received 8 pens The package was not damaged nor opened. Please share this with Fellows.

Should rate buyers and sellers by past buys and sales sellers should be more clear about policies. Auction house should treat buyers and sellers equally

The item bidding is good, but I have to pay tax over $44.00 for a $65.00 from the item which not included premium and shipping fee.

I didn't contact you about the Chanel necklace because it was my first time buying from an auction, didn't know if you could send the item back because the necklace is not a real Chanel, is a cheap copy. I am very disappointed.

It would be helpful, especially to customers residing outside the UK, for Fellows to arrange for shipping and adding that to the total cost, rather than having the customer arrange separately with a shipper. Although Fellows did provide the names and numbers of shippers and ultimately the process worked fine, it was one additional step I had to take to get my item delivered in the USA.

Until they can accept payments in an easier manner I would not recommend dealing with Fellows. It is a difficult process and a costly one for shipping.

Hello We are looking at expanding the number of transaction types we accept. Currently we offer bank transfers and then Mastercard and Visa which we hope cover most payment types. Invoices can be paid on our website. In terms of shipping we do charge £ 30 but this seems to be quite competitive with other couriers? We use DHL to the US and this is often a next day delivery service, combined with the item wrapped carefully and full insurance, we believe this is value for money. Kind regards Fellows

The auction house in question chose to ignore various e-mails that had sent regarding shipping. I finally had to call direct. There was an unfortunate error in the description of the item leading me to believe that the item was of an earlier date. I will definitely think twice before bidding again.
