bought 3 lots. overall good experience. packing/shipping were great. all would be excellent, however, one item was somewhat more flawed than pics indicated.

I have been very pleased in every respect. In some instances, with one or another auction house, the US Postal Service cannot be relied upon for timely delivery. Were I at an auction house, I would do some comparative studies of delivery services.

Two payments were charged for the exact same invoice for the painting. I attempted to contact them and with no phone number provided I had to email with no response to the email. I still have not received my artwork. I have ended up paying twice for one painting that I still have received.

There was a little bit of a time lag in communication which led to an automatic posting of default on my account. This could cause some problems with approval on auction bids on other auction houses. But was quickly resolved. Very happy with the items shipping and communication.
