Great Follow Through
The Auction House clearly informed us that they had contacted RbFinearts. UPS did a great job packing and delivering both items.

It’s important to pay attention! Everybody was so helpful.
I would go Back! It’s fun and everything is just as good as it looks. Helpful and the products that I’ve bought are exactly as they seem. I’m going to watch right now.

MisLeading Condition Statement
Purchased a vase which was described as "very good condition", however upon receiving and inspecting the item, there's an apparent repair to the naked eyes which is almost half of entire top rim. I don't know since when "Repaired equals Very good" in art world. Totally misleading the prospective buyer.

The item description was NOT accurate. The accompanying documentation was false.
The ring was described as owned and worn by Elvis. The original owner first said it was bought AFTER Elvis died from "a sale by the estate at The International Hotel" in Las Vegas. When received, the ring was a size 7 or 7.5. All of Elvis 'rings were size 10 to 10.5. When challenged, they said they "forgot" to say it had been resized by the original owner. When I challenged that, the owner said Elvis wore it as a "pinkie ring" yet a photo provided shows Elvis wearing THE RING on his ring finger. When I challenged that, the original owner wrote another letter saying that the ring was BOUGHT AND RESIZED IN THE EARLY 70's "BETWEEN 1970 AND 1974". Elvis died in 1977. Authorities from Elvis Presley Enterprises said they NEVER held a sale in conjunction with The International Hotel in 1978 of Elvis possessions. I feel that the description was deceptive and inaccurate. The accompanying documents conflict with each other and are apparently false. And when I requested that RBFineArts reverse the sale, take the ring back, and refund my payment-they responded that they do not warrant the accuracy or authenticity of anything in their auctions. They refused my request to reverse the sale and refund my payment.

Disappointed
I bid on a bird cage clock and won. The pictures showed the item was intact and in good condition. When I received the item, it was well packed but arrived in pieces. One of the knobs had been superglued on and came loose. The clock itself had fallen apart and nuts and bolts, tiny ones, were rolling around inside the mechanism. Some were stuck to the bubble wrap. RBFinearts blamed the shipper and advised me to contact them so they could open a claim with UPS. The shipper, of course, denied culpability. That was $200 mistake I won’t make again.
