Good authentic items offered. I love this auction house, BUT I will probably not be able to justify buying from them any longer due to the cost of outside shipper. The cost of shipping just about doubled my purchase price, & with the economy it is not feasible for me to participate. I ship things myself & I know the prices. These outside shippers are too expensive (middle man rip off).

The auction itself fine. Pictures accurate. However, my items were dropped at a UPS store. They just called for my card. There was no choice of shipper. So I thought it was in-house shipping. The items were barely wrapped in bubble and tossed into a huge box. 2 of my items, amazing 19th century redware were completely smashed to bits. Heartbreaking. I was even shipped an item that was not mine (a $800 glass piece) which also broke. I took the time to send pictures of this item to them at their request as well. I'd really rather have my items, but it's been 5 months and it's really depressing staring at two broken items this long. Refund?

They are more than willing to work with people to hold the merchandise until you can drive and pickup. They’re very helpful in loading as well.
