The item as exactly as described and they made payment really easy using LiveAuctioneer's payment portal. Shipping was a little slow-paid on the 26th, shipped on the 2nd but no tracking information was provided, received on the 8th. Would have been five stars across the board but for the lack of shipping tracking info.

I was very concerned about the lack of shipping information. Contacted the company and received a one sentence reply that didn’t really help. Contacted them again, and again received an unhelpful one sentence reply back After spending what I felt like was a significant amount of money, I was expecting clear shipping info, tracking info etc. We get that these days with even the simplistic of orders. The items did arrive very well packaged, but I was left clueless along the way.

Information in the body of an item display varied from that in the headline. I did not read carefully enough before I started bidding. Material was synthetic and not true. It still looks nice but I didn't recognize the disparity until I had become the winning bidder. I did not complain, it was my responsibility to make all reasonable due diligence. Buyer beware. Beyond that all interactions with Pacific auction were professional and satisfactory.

I inquired (twice) about getting a receipt that outlined the data of the items (e. g. weight, size, karats, etc.). Finally they responded that they only do that for higher-priced items. I don't get it... the data is on the item listing. How hard is it to make a receipt for me? Guess you have to spend a lot to receive the bare minimum?

So I guess all the auction houses just sell for who ever.. but I have purchased from here 4 times now.. not one item has the quality been what was expressed.. super disappointed.. they get the items to you.. but go to a swap meet you will have better luck

The necklace is hair thin. I received it in a package which protected it wel and the package was so big and had a box inside a box after another to reveal the small package which contained and even thinner necklace. Mind you I “won” another item with this same auction and they didn’t accept it because it was too low. Made me understand that this hair thin super micro small jewelry I won here must of been overpriced. So disappointed in the whole experience with this auction house (with the exception of packaging which was impressive (BUt even then, it required a signature, I had to go pick it up personally far away because the carrier (ups in this case) only came by 1 time (even though it’s suppsied to come by 3x)

Although the tanzanite us more blue than I was told, the ring is lovely, so I did not ask about a return. PAH was very nice about answering my questions. Definitely will buy again. Thanks!
