I had won a lot containing very fragile Belleek china. The package was mailed, but arrived in Canada rather quickly. I cannot say enough about how carefully each piece was wrapped for shipping, and double boxed for extra protection! Amazing!!

I received my items, but not until I had to pay for shipping in my original invoice and then pay again. Basically like a home mover they held my items hostage because they wanted more money than they invoiced me for originally. I am not sure how these errors are allowed, but I am less than impressed by a system where you win, pay your invoice, and then are asked for more... because. It is unfair and inappropriate.

Received my paintings recently purchased at the auction house. The art pieces are fantastic, very well packaged and shipping was very reasonable. Overall very pleased with this auction house. Thank You Atlanta Auction Gallery!

This was my first time bidding with Atlanta Auction Gallery. Everything went smoothly. I'd happily bid with them again if I found something I liked.

Just be aware that the shipping charges are somewhat open ended. I had to negotiate.

I have just started collecting retablos and this auction house had several. As a first time buyer with them I was pleased with rate of processing and shipping was a breeze. If only all auction houses had this level of professionalism and efficiency. Items were packed perfectly.

I wanted to know if the auction house could ship this book directly without going to a third party and if they could then include that cost when I made the payment. They returned my email quickly and were able to accommodate my request. The book arrived well packaged and in good order. Thank you.
