Auction item was in the condition described by the auction house and was well packed. Shipping was handled very easily. No problems.

Shipping option was extremely expensive and made the auction not worth it for me. Item could have also been better displayed, a single picture is not a way to do business.

The item took 7 weeks from the date of purchase to finally get it to me. I know for a fact that any shipper recommended by an auction House is usually extremely busy BUT, they could have sent me an e-mail explaining when I would receive it.

Issue is shipping

Denotter Auction lost or misplaced items I had won in one of their auctions. I had to follow up for weeks with multiple phone calls emails between Denotter and the shipping company with little interest of help. I emailed Michelle Denotter multiplr times with no response. I had gotten a deal on items valued more thst what I paid and I believe Denotter auctions purposely did not ship the itemd I won and was hoping I'd go away after almost two months of calls and emails they processed a refund for the items without another word said. Be wary of Denotter Auctions they will gladly make sure to take your money directly after the auction but good luck getting your stuff from Denotter or any kind of response. Still waiting on my two vintage beer steinsand ashtray Denotter!

I got what I paid for. My only complaint is that the Shipping Company went overboard. They could have used styrofoam peanuts and a box about one third the size of what they shipped with. I know they get more for the shipping because they use bigger boxes than necessary. If I could change that, I would.

Great people to work with. Great item and shipping was quick and easy using the provider they recomended.
