I did have a decent experience (my first with C. Biddle Auction Gallery) purchasing a lot of porcelain pieces with professional communication from Deborah, Thank You..... Was somewhat upset because I would rather bid online when the auction house offers inhouse shipping which is what is stated on the listing, unfortunately when I received the invoice, it stated that I had to contact an outside shipping company (PakMail)... Once the items were finally picked up, I certainly was shocked when I was charged just shy of $200 to ship out a 18 "by 18" box weighing 16lbs from Fla to Pa ($100 alone for the packaging materials).. With that shipping price, I was wondering if each porcelain pieces was wrapped with gold sheets. lol... I purchased from other Auction Houses online porcelain items from Fla to Pa previously, same size box and purchase price with another PakMail Co only charging less than $100... Since I do ship out almost every day, that size box and locations should have only cost approximately $40 +-with insurance... Due to the high shipping price, I do not see myself returning back and bidding online with them unfortunately unless I am guaranteed reasonable inhouse shipping because they do have nice items..

Wonderful experience! Item was exactly as described/depicted. Pricing for item was fantastic to include very reasonable in-house packing/shipping. Super responsive in every way and such nice people.:)

C Biddle Auction House provides some in-house shipping. When my lot arrived I thought it was missing an important piece, so I contacted Biddle, received a prompt reply, and was able to very quickly resolve the problem. Great service! I will bid with them again.
