Sabrina, I offered a full refund, upon return of all items. I never stated you would be responsible for any shipping. As I 100 % stand behind every item I sell. The lots in question were photographed and listed with no seen damage. Had they been damaged in shipping???? Maybe. But I still was willing to refund in full. I never heard from you again. Had you asked to keep the others lots with a discount, we would of worked out an amicable agreement. You are still welcome to contact us, to work this out.
