The item description, payment, and shipping were easy enough. The packing for an AU coin from a numismatic viewpoint leaves a lot to be desired. The coin (1) came in a box 7X4X4. It should have been shipped in an envelope mailer. The coin was loose in the bottom of the box. If the box had been damaged the coin could have fallen out. The material used as a filler was tissue paper. There was a zip lock plastic bag securely stapled to the bill. This was great only the coin was not in it. I knew the coin wasn't slabbed or in any protective case but I never expected it to be bouncing around. Knicks and moisture both lower the value of coins.

I bought a ring with this auction and it setting wasn't white gold like it said it was gold plated. The diamonds were milky and crooked on the setting. It was a beautiful ring I was gonna give to a friend of mine but she didnt even want it. I tried calling and emailing these people and didnt get a response from them. I won't be buying from them again because if you dont jewelry you can get took real bad. I have no desire to star them.

These earrings are beautiful, but they are tiny! My wife likes them and we took them to a jeweler to change them to single posts instead of the miniscule sliding connector they had. Neither of us could get them on her ears and could not insert the wire into the other part. They will go in her drawer and probably never be worn.

First of all the staff is amazing the lady I spoke with just wonderful I didn't get her name I am sorry for that she was amazing. When I received rose gold elephant I was a little surprised that it's a little smaller than I wanted but now I wasn't imagining any bigger it's beautiful I get so many compliments on it I love it very much I bought a chain which was not included and I also purchased another chain. I'm very satisfied thank you so very much.
