First I want to compliment Jonathan for his exceptional efforts on my behalf. I purchased a rug that was described as gray, but the website pictured it in beautiful brownish earth tone colors. When I received it … it was a horrible gaudy blue. So extremely gaudy I would not use this in my mudroom. The consigner would not cooperate in any way regarding its misrepresentation. I know Jonathan did his best on my behalf. However it was to no avail. Therefore, I have lost $850 unless I encounter someone whose “taste” is limited to their tongue.

First auction purchase from this house was just ok. Gorgeous color and great quality leather as expected from Hermes, but the only description was a grade of B +. It's more like B/C + and wish they mentioned the leather isn't as structured due to age, and there are stains on the front and back. Shipping was very fast though.

I would definitely recommend Bidhaus.. and I look forward to doing more business with them.

After two months of chasing Bidhaus for an update on my won item, they finally respond that the item was "lost" during shipping and the remedy to the issue was not to return my funds immediately, but they intend to retain my money and apply it to my next bidhaus purchase with a 10 % discount. this "solution" is both outrageous and unprofessional, not to mention that their explanation of the "lost" item is clearly misleading. Once again, it took me 2 months and many requests for an update to get to this point. I have requested an immediate refund and have yet to receive a response. I have no confidence in this Auction House and would warn buyer's of their business practices. Buyer's Beware. I will update this thread if I receive a response.
