Glasses are good. Came with a decent case as well. As described and in good condition.

The item purchased was exactly as described. Regretfully the way the bag was packed (in a paper bag, similar to a grocery bag) ruined the bag. The front part of the bag is curved instead of being straight, the two sides of the purse are not at the same level anymore. I contacted the Bidhaus support department, sent pictures on October 27-th, no response. Very disappointing, as it is my first LV bag.

Have purchased multiple items from them. Description is accurate, shipment prompt. Always an excellent experience.

This is my third purchase from this auction house (bidhaus) the last being the most dis-satisfying. I spent over $400.00 on a buyers premium and shipping for what? Im still waiting on my watch and its past the time of expectation. Have received no correspondence to my two messages and am seriously considering contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I need to be reimbursed a portion of this “buyer’s premium” and “shipping” Im not happy at all.

I am happy with the product I purchased from this auction house. I had a concern after purchasing and their CFO called me personally to alleviate that concern, which I appreciate. My only complaint is that it is not clear that many of their items (furniture, in particular) don't ship from New York. LiveAuctioneers lists many items as shipping from New York, but at the very bottom of the item description, it will often state conflicting information that the item doesn't in fact ship from New York. I feel that it either the auction house or LiveAuctioneers could articulate more clearly where each individual item ships from.

Instead, Emily e-mailed me back within 15 minutes and answered all my questions then. Such high-quality reps are difficult to find. It was a pleasure dealing with her and Bidhaus.
