This necklace was described properly in the description other than the fact they left the size off. My fault I did not pick up on that fact. Buyer beware.

My two cut glass items were so well packed that they would have survived a fall from the top of a building. So happy and impressed that they arrived without a chip and that the silver edgings on the glass was nicely polished.

I like that Bidhaus doesn't take advantage of the winner/buyer where shipping is concerned!

I won one item then was told that the item was no longer available, but they offered a discount on a future purchase or a replacement bag. Choosing the discount, I went on to win a later auction and reached out to them to claim their offered discount. Not only could they not figure out how to give me the discount, they just refunded the original purchase and rescinded the offer. I found the entire experience dishonest, and I won't be bidding with them again.

The necklace pictured was bright orange. What i received was dark burgundy. I emailed them and show pics and they said too bad because the stone name was correct. They clearly lighted the picture. Their postings say 100 % money back guarantee but they don't honor it. Do not buy from these people who use deceptive sales tactics.

Bidhaus has an excellent array of Louis Vuitton items and everything I've purchased has been exactly as described. I feel completely confident when I bid on any of their items and know that I'll receive them in good condition and in the timeframe they provide.
