The bag has broken zipper. I think that should have definitely been listed in the description and it wasn’t. Not happy about that.

Item was in perfect condition and 100 % authentic. Takes them a little while to ship but they tell you that in their listing.

I was in NYC for only couple of days and a young lady walked several blocks to deliver the bag to me as I was on break between meetings. She was helpful, professional, gracious and lovely to deal with. Only down side... too many fees after the auction price!!

The auction house was very responsive and friendly but the purses both smelled horrid. Really awful. Moldy, smoke and gross. I cannot use. Such a waste of money. I am having them professionally cleaned. We shall see.
