Extraordinary packaging and didn't have to go thru an outside vendor-one of the best!!
I actually bought small statues rather than jewelry; the fact that they shipped and the "melded" styrofoam packaging was far beyond what I paid (including the shipping). I put them on my favorite auctioneer's list and signed up for their notifications-a pleasure and joy to work with. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Only promises

Only promises, doesn't ship the items. Selling same item over and over. Said he doent have it, item with consignor, and they are not working. Why do you sell it then? Stay away from this auction. Still didnt get the other items. I dont know why liveauctioneers let them sell on their platform?!

I was winning, then I wasn't. Then after the auction closed, they said I was the winner? So then they took my money. Then they asked for more 'for the shipping'... to the UK I presume? Then said they didn't have the item "due to Covid". I said I could wait. After a couple of weeks, they refunded me most of the money. I think they just auction stuff to see what price they can get, probably have someone internal bidding, and then if the final price is not to their liking, they fail to find the item and do a refund (minus various fees).. Liveauctioneers should remove these guys as other reviews show I am not unique..

Run don't walk from this auction house.
I'm sorry i have tried to be patience with them but they are horrible. Won two swords and the day I won get an email due to covid there may be delays. I pay by wire mistake number one because there is no recourse. I email pleaseet me know you got the wire nothing for one a week so after two weeks I keep reaching and get we are sorry for the delay we will check with the warehouse and get back to you a week later nothing I send a message just refund my money im done. Response item shipping tomorrow a week late 1 sword comes an the invoice says refund for the other sword I message how and when will I get my refund nothing for a week email again nothing. Im still waiting and I emailed live auction to see if they can help. Nothing yet but as I said run dont walk.

This place can't process a simple payment.
Can't process a payment that cleared weeks ago, yet files a dispute. Can't be trusted. I do tens of thousands of business on LA and this place can't process a $35.00 order? Improve or fail.

Very inconsistent auction house
I ordered 3 knives from this auction house over a month ago. One got delivered so I called and asked about the other 2 and was told one got broken so I would get a refund on that one and the other one will be coming. After waiting another 3 weeks the other one never came. I am frustrated with lying dishonest auction houses. So I wrote them to tell them I didn’t want the knife that they probably never had and told them to keep the money they obviously needed it worse than I did. They sent me a partial refund. Here is the part I don’t get, if I don’t pay a vender they can get LiveAuctioneers to block me from bidding, it seems to me LiveAuctioneers would block irresponsible lying auction houses. I have not seen this happen yet, could it be that LiveAuctioneers are more interested in the money they receive from the auction houses instead of the satisfaction of the customer? I have a surprise for live auctioneers, no customers, no money!! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see where you are headed.

As far as my experience considered, the description and estimate of the item was right. I can't complain about it. Though, the response to concerns could get better to reduce anxiety. Shipping could improve. Overall, I'd say just for my experience, it was not disappointing. Thanks

Unethical crooks never buy. Non authentic supply
Hi Purchased did Antiq dave ask. Would I had it reviewed by a 50 year dive expert I was told it was fake. I contacted the auction house at Taylor Louis jewelry. I was told that I had to according to their contract by it no matter what or they would file charges if they did. They do they had a fake $1000 product it’s still knowing that it was fake attempted to make me pay for it according to their process. They are done weekly selling fake product. Forcing the customer at LiveAuctioneers to pay for it or threaten loss of accounts. This is the most unethical auction house I have ever dealt with in 20 years This company should be shut down, Better Business Bureau complaint will be filed as well as complaints with the attorney general. Never purchase from this company the customer should be the person that is supported by liveauctioneers.com that I’d ethical illegal business practices that you are guilty if it would you show pier reviewed evidence that they are selling fake product
