Public Sale continues to be one of my favorite auction houses to deal with. They have excellent customer service, and really unique items. I find something I love in nearly every auction!

Will do business again if possible.

I paid over $360 to ship two paintings on board. They arrived in a brown cardboard envelope. This was a really high amount to ship and when I received item it was not shipped with care the way other items have been shipped to me. I like the auction house but was disappointed in the quality of care of shipping.

Thank you for shipping the antiquarian 2 volume Cruikshank's Comic Almanac ~ they are just terrific! They came packaged fit to withstand any number of natural disasters, and aside from a little laxity in the bindings (to be expected at 150 years of age) they are in great shape. Still giggling with each successive cartoon discovery ~ "the battle of a gin court" LOL!

I'm happy with my purchase. If I had one suggestion, it would be that I would be even happier if the had an in-house shipping service. Currently shipping is a two-step process involving an independent shipper. I had no problem with completing the transaction with the shipper, but it would be easier if in-house shipping could be arranged.

The dresser was a great find. I’m not sure it was in the excellent or great condition that was listed but it was definitely a great find at a good price. Glad we found it. It was perfect for the guest room in our farmhouse.

Good description of item. Quick response to communication, easy pick up & friendly.

I had good communication with the auction house prior to the auction to help me bid more accurately. The outsourced shipper gave me an estimate in advance and then charged me only little over half of that for their actual cost — that's never happened to me before! Item arrived well-packed (but not excessively so) in a fairly quick turn around. Speaking as a private collector, this has been one of my most pleasant online auction experiences.

Public sale puts on a great auction, very east to preview. Very friendly and easy to do business with. They will do whatever it takes to help you bid or pick up purchases.

I ship a lot. The price for picking up and packing the item I thought was very fair. The price to ship my item I think ups over charged me. I didn't call to complane I was just happy I got the item.
