Since my item was a 180 year old stoneware jug, I wanted to pick it up myself. They went out of their way to accommodate the fact that I was coming from a significant distance. The jug was in perfect condition, exactly as described. A highly professional experience from start to finish.

My first time with JMW but will not be my last. From the bidding process to final delivery of my win-everything was seamless-trouble free. A quick call and my few questions were answered before bidding and after that they were in constant communication with me. The shipping prices were extremely fair, quality item I won and super personalities to help me along the way.

One lot had misleading descriptions that resulted in significantly less value. The shipping was slow... it took two weeks and filing a PayPal claim to get my package sent. The box arrived damaged and poorly packed and all that was offered after multiple emails was a partial refund if I sent the items back on my own dime. Poor customer service.
