They could use better pictures for on-line bidding purposes. Descriptions are pretty minimal, but not worse than other auction houses.

I would suggest that the auction house photographer use a polarizing lens when photographing objects under glass in order to reduce reflections of himself in the photo.

Excellent turnaround on shipping! As always it would be good to have slightly lower buyer premium and shipping charges.
