I picked the items up. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

THe painting I bid on they said was signed by the artist. It was NOT SIGNED at all. I'm furious

Fast, smooth transaction. Pleasure to do business with.

Shipping was handled by local UPS shop, not by the auction house (but the auction house sends customers to them). I believe the auction house should overllok the shipping process, which was the worst that I have ever experimented.

They do a great job.

They state that they ship in house on their auctions but didn't. They took a week to get my package to their recommended shipper even though I paid the Monday after the auction. I purchased items from another auction AFTER JMW's and received them before JMW had even taken them to the UPS store.

Items were fairly and accurately represented; very accommodating for pickup or shipping.

I have to say, this was the easiest, smoothest transaction I have ever had with an auction house. First, they accept PayPal which makes it so much easier and quicker to pay. Then they include the shipping cost in the original invoice, rather than waiting to receive my payment, then directing me to a 3rd party shipper as many auction houses do. And I have never received my items on the 3rd day after the auction. A truly positive transaction.
