all my items were as described and beautiful

After nine weeks, item never arrived. Kept saying it’s in the mail. I finally received a refund. Blamed it on employee failure.

Such an easy process to get really nice goods. Their items were nicer in person, and the auction house was quick to send an invoice and ship the items. The tracking was good, and the delivery had no problems. Great packaging with bubble wrap. Will definitely shop with Les Collectibles again!

I bought 2 watches, one was as described i knew it did not work, how ever i did not know the Rolex was going to need work, as the stem fell out when i unwrapped the package. also no info on 1 yr service plan stated for the Rolex. I did also email the before bidding about the size of the band, no reply, i guess because it is like a size 4-5 wrist band, would not even fit my wife's hand to put on her wrist. the only good thing was the timely shipping.

Been two months never received items. And can’t get in touch with them

I have ordered from this auction house before with no issues, however, this time I only got 4 of the nine items I won and paid for, including shipping. The four items I did receive were NOT AS DESCRIBED. Only one was actually sterling silver and it was broken. I understand people make mistakes, so I kindly reached out to them for weeks. No response, whatsoever. I had also bid on another auction before this disaster, and now risk losing my status as a bidder because I am not going to pay for the others until this is resolved. Very frustrating and costly experience.

Beware on the condition of Cards from this vendor. Once auction says "No Crease" but there are clearly several small creases in the card which decreases the value a lot. You cannot see them in the picture. Overall, very disappointed with the items I received.

Comic book buyers-be aware of Les Collectibles. I won 5 comic books. Upon receipt I found that 2 of the 5 books incl an Amazing Spider-Man # 3 had interior pages visible ripped out from the comic book. It would appear that the auction house doesn't do any simple inspection incl page count even for high value single lot items. Auction house reply is ,, we sale the item as pre-owned...". So unless comics are graded by CGC or CBCS you may assume that there is a good chance that you are bidding on comic books which are incomplete.

I love my new (vintage) pendant. A trustworthy, first-rate auction house. I'll buy again when I find something I like. Thanks.

The package from Les Collectibles was so securely wrapped that it took 3 men, a boy and a dog more than 4 days using Semtex C4 and chainsaws to open it. Le colis de Les Collectibles é tait si bien emball é qu'il a fallu plus de 4 jours à 3 hommes, un gar ç on et un chien utilisant du C4 Semtex et des tron ç onneuses pour l'ouvrir.

Buyers BEWARE! Although this auction house is located in Quebec, CANADA, they list in USD... The fine print states this, but if you're like many other Canadians you just assume the currency is in CANADIAN DOLLARS and not foreign currency. I screen auctions to show only CANADIAN auctions and I don't expect a random CANADIAN business to charge in USD, unlike any other Canadian auction site within this platform. Following a massive increase to my bill, the auction house offered to cancel the invoice to which I agreed and then, thinking the matter was settled they files a dispute against me anyway. LiveAuctioneers shoult NOT allow this to be done, or at the very least mark the bidding window where you enter the amount as being in USD!!! This simple warning would prevent this from happening, or at least allow buyers to make informed choice. Other sites do this, so there is no reason for this to be happening-just greed masked in fine print legalese and is really unethical. I spend on average $15, 000.00 to $20, 000.00 a month and these scammers and liars will NEVER get my money. A short-sited, dishonest vendor.

Money grabbing company, USD for Canadian auction and not taxing for applicable province. Bad form for a Canadian company very bad form, you want to be part of US then move to US.

Lighter leaks, needs service. Why not fill it and test at auction house? Untested should not mean broken.
