Big fan of their shipping.

Fast shipping and good communication

ST Dupont lighter described in images that are not true to the product when arrived. Dusty outside, in the box, and dirty after top opened. No "cling" sound for a Dupont lighter. Dirty and inaccurate. Auction House was sent 2 messages with no response. Will contact ST Dupont and see if this is a fake item. Imagine what will be next. CAREFUL with what you bid with this auctioneer! Fees plus shipping are just ridiculously charged.

Item arrived in good order and in good time. Safely packaged. The only slight annoyance is the cost of shipping is sometimes more than the price of the lot purchased. I guess I just have to purchase multiple lots from the same auction-which I will and which I recommend. The service and the quality of the items at auction is consistently good.

The lot was shipped in (reasonably) good time-I guess there were blizzards and the Christmas season in there somewhere, and in good order. Upon receipt, the lot was actually in much better condition than what I might have intuited from the photos online. Near flawless for a timepiece that is almost 20 years old. Another great experience with Les Collectables and I will no doubt have a look at their next auctions:)

All items were as described, and items were well packed from Canada to the United States.

Les Collectibles is a straight forward auction house. After this first participation, I have since purchased multiple items with quick shipping and responsive customer service. I had a small adjustment that had to be made due to incorrectly applied taxes, but this was easily resolved after a call to Les Collectibles. I will continue to keep my eyes on items via auctions here.

Quickly and accurately corrected a mistake in their auction. Advertised a full set of hockey "coins" which turned out to be about 12-15 short of a full set. When notified, they quickly found the missing coins and delivered them rapidly. Very responsive to this problem and handled very well by this auction house. Rave reviews

I've found their descriptions to be accurate and helpful, if short and concise. Images are very good, much improved over the last few years. Shipping is always as quick as international shipping can be. Les Collectibles is a professional, reliable vendor and I recommend them highly.
