Better Photos would be helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.

The only comment I have is that I thought the shipping service was expensive. The item was well packed (over packed, IMO), and the box was very large, considering the item's overall size. While this assures safe delivery, it also is costly. For reference, my item was purchased for $65.00 (plus buyer's fee). Shipping to western Pennsylvania was over $40.00, or about half the cost of the item.

Your shippers are ripping off your customers and you should do something about it. I won't bid in anymore of your auctions because of your shippers.

A Plus!!! Would definitely buy from them again.... shipping by third party was much more reasonable than most and buyer's premium lower than most.

I would have liked better pictures of the buttons, I would have bid on more and for more money if I could have seen them better.

More pictures would help, more description. We have bid and won on several Dotta auctions and they are always receptive to questions. We just wish they did their own shipping because it would be cheaper.

Very, very nice people in the office. What would have made this perfect would have been if the auction house had been able to pack and ship my item for me, because it probably would have been a lot cheaper. But they were far too busy to do the packing and referred me to an independent shipper which wound up costing me $80 to ship an item that cost me $100. However, delivery of my item over to the shipper was fast and efficient, and did NOT involve an additional charge, which was wonderful. And the shippers they referred me to were also VERY nice people who provided excellent communication and customer service. All said and done, I think that Dotta did the absolute best for me that they could and I was very satisfied.

Everthing was good except the shipping. I have not yet received my order? I have called but they do not have a date or information to tell me. I am still waiting.

I paid for the dolls the day I won the items, and asked about the shipping, but so far I've got no answer. Of course I do not get doll yet and I do not know if they would ship my dolls. I am carry on asking about the shipping, but they do not answer me.
