After 3 month I have received no watch and no refund of payment I have been robbed No help from Live auctioneers and just stalling from Antique Jewelry House

The watch never arrived. I left numerous messages with Antique Jewelry House and with LiveAuctioneers. Both have been silent. I will not use again.

I would steer clear of this auction house.... bought this ring May 27th and now TEN weeks later and still don't have it!!!.... beyond pissed at this point!... Their first response about 4 weeks after the purchase was that they need to have the ring MADE... they didn't have in on them.... now they are not replying to messages.... I am going to call my credit card and stop payment.... ridiculous... stay away!!

This auction house is a scam. Same as the other reviews, paid for my items over a month ago and never received them. I will be obtaining legal counsel. They are even ignoring Live Auctioneers support now. They never had the Rolex watches to begin with otherwise they would be able to ship them. I am so disappointed in both Live Auctioneers for not doing a better job screening and this auction house. Beware!

It's been over a month since i won and paid for my item i won at their auction. I contacted them many times and after not receiving any respomce after a week or so, i called them and talked to Amy about my auction item, and wanted to know when it was going to ship. She told me it would ship the following week. 2 days later I recieve an email stating that they never recieved my payment and that I didn't pay for my item, I responded by sending the paid invoice from live auctioneers as well as my bank statement showing that the item was in-deed paid for after the auction. After I sent the email, I then called them and reached Amy and was told that the email stating that they didn't receive my payment was a mistake and that my item would be shipped out the same week and that they would call me or email me with the tracking number. It has been about 10 days since our last conversation, and guess what??? No email, No call, No tracking number and I still have not received my item, and based on other reviews I can bet if I ever do receive the item it will not be as it was described at the time of the Auction. I warn you, that if you do business with this auction house you may be in for a huge disappointment and alot of work to try to get the item that you paid for. I don't know if this auction house is a scam or what, but I am moving forward with legal options at this point. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I purchased this item from AJH, the item I received without certificate of authenticity. The item arrived after a month and a half. I was keep calling Amy and she kept promising me that the item will arrive soon. I believe they make it based on what bid price is, if the bid is low, they make smaller size then the picture on the auction. That's the reason the item came in so late. Amy was giving me all the lies. She is a pathological liar. Finally, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I'm going to keep fighting till a reasonable occurs. Be careful with this seller.

I purchased this item from AJH, the item I received without certificate of authenticity. The also supposed to resize the ring before delivery. I was going back and forth via telephone calls, texting and email Amy, this was going on for several weeks. She sent the item without certificate and resized to 4.5. She asked me to return for sizing but didn't send any return label. Amy was keep giving me excuses that she had a medical emergency. I was very nice to her all along. She is a pathological liar. Finally, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I'm going to keep fighting till a reasonable occurs. Be careful with this seller.

Only when you leave a bad review they act as if they were in touch with you the whole time. I did not receive a appraisal for the 1st item I purchased. So I have no ideal if it is the item I bidded on. DELIVERY TIME is inaccurate. So if enjoy waiting and have your messages being ignored this is the perfect auction house for you! I decided to give them another shot. Shame on me!!! Very unprofessional, lack of respect for the bidder, and I DON'T RECOMMEND Bidding with them. I HOPE THIS HELPS and ALLOWS YOU TO AVOID the HEADACHES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM this auction house has to offer!! With that being said they are going to respond with some bs about they have been intouch or sent a tracking number witch is false. That what they did to me the 1st time I left a truthful review that would impact the business.

I won and paid for a 17 carat diamond necklace and received it within two weeks. I had it appraised as a 13 carat diamond necklace, but the auction house provided a credit of 15 % via Zelle. They were very responsive after expressing my concern and resolved the issue within 24 hours.

I bought two items for a substantial amount of money about 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received them or been able to get a response explaining why

I do appreciate it when business owners go out of their way to make their customers happy. This was the case for me. My wife loved the ring I bought her. Got it in time in perfect condition.

Amy is great. The service and item received is exceptional. I highly recommend purchasing from them. They also send a nice gift with the purchase which is always a nice surprise.

Took a little time to ship (around 3 weeks) but she had to wait for the appraisal which is required by the shipping company. when I received the watch, it was. missing 2 links which she shipped right away without any question asked. you can buy from this auctioneer without any doubt. just be a little patient, that's all. you are not buying a set of toys.

scam company, even live autions cannot contact them, do not wast your money or your time

I won and paid for an auction item on April 4, 2023. Per the terms advertised, "Once paid, AJH usually ships within 7-10 business days (ART PIECES SHIP WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS)." Here it is May 11th and they haven't shipped and do not respond to messages. Below is the message thread between me and AJH. My advice is to stay away! Here’s why: 1. Antique Jewelry House advertises that their jewelry retails for way more than its value. 2. Even their name is misleading: The bracelet I thought I was bidding on is not a resale/antique. 3. When I realized I was not going to be shipped what I thought I was getting, they were impossible to communicate with. 4. Finally, when I got through to them after several emails and phone calls, they said they would refund my money only when they thought they could sell me something else that was more expensive. 5. When they realized this, they went ahead and fedexed me the bracelet, trying to force me to take it. I refused to accept the FedEx. It should be noted that every other auction house I dealt with on Live Auctioneers coordinates shipment and insurance with a carrier as a service to the customer, they don’t just throw a piece of jewelry into a FedEx envelope and ship — which tells me even more they were just trying to pull a fast one. In summary, after stellar purchase experiences with several reputable auction houses on Live Auctioneers, this was my first negative experience and it was a big one. I will absolutely never purchase another item from Antique Jewelry House ever again nor recommend them to anyone who asks. “Buyers, Beware!”

I won these tahitian pearl earrings at auction from antique jewelry house. Received them today and had them appraised by a local jewelry store and was told I made out very well. The earings were exactly as stated and the value I paid for them a very good deal. My communication with the auction house was quickly responded to. Don't listen to those individuals that have rated this auction house poorly as I can attest to their honesty and immediate response. Brad

I truly can't praise this company enough. There was a slight situation with my item but Amy took care of it immediately and to my complete satisfaction. You know we all make mistakes in life and learning from them is one thing, but correcting them is entirely another. This firm apologized, made right the tiny problem, and made sure I was happy. Very nice gold bracelet and they always answered my emails promptly when I inquired about shipping. They sent it to me after 6 weeks.

They do not send what you paid for. Cheap replica as earlier rated. Very dissatisfied. Took way to long to receive and emails were hit or missed in replies. Immediate reply’s when negative.

Possibly the very worst experience on the platform... I purchased in December, they send a crude reproduction to me in March that is not what was photographed in the original auction. Then they refuse a refund. Buyer beware.

I communicated professionally with this seller about my concern and they promptly made me whole. The biggest mistake any buyer can make is to jump to conclusions about the seller without having an opportunity to understand the problem. In my experience, the problem was with the vendor that supplied these custom, contract items. Be sure to inspect your items and have them appraised by a professional.
