Great auction house the have a great staff reall know there stuff

This company is an overseas paper/business poser. I paid for this item although reluctantly, due to shoddy contact information and the concern of misrepresentation due to reading some bad reviews about them. I paid, 16 days ago after I was told that the item would be shipped to the FFL and be ready for pick up on Saturday June 10th 2023. It is now June 14th and there is no trace information and the costs that I paid were different from what I was told when I began my initial inquiry, bid and invoice and purchase.

well, their descriptions are very lazy. Pictures are stock. and then after bidding, winning and waiting 3 weeks for delivery, imagine my surprise when it was not the pistol I won. To be fair it was the same brand just a totally different model. I won a mk 4 hunter and received a mk 4 tactical. about same value but not the won item.

From my experience with the Collectors Auctions, I can tell that team is very responsive and customer friendly. Shipping is fast and all questions and issues will be resolved.

Have bought from this auctioneer on several occasions despite a lot of negative reviews. All transactions up to now have been smooth. A Orem was not shipped, even though they say was. When confronted with the concern they were somewhat helpful, but then stopped communicating all together. Very disappointed.

Invoiced within a few days of the auction and had my item a week or so later. No follow-up necessary.

The entire process was simple. I received the item I bid on (as described) and faster than I thought I would.

Bought 3 items, received the first gun within a few weeks, then nothing, called, straight to VM then VM full, found another number on my invoice, Was told they didn't have gun in stock, distributor fail to deliver (or didn't want to take loss). but could get me a different type? Third item a coin, couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, no tracking showed up a month later. I did receive a refund for gun i didn't get after the second request. I would say that "Ethan" seem like a very nice person and i am not sure if they are just overrun/busy or just new to the game. i would recommend reading the reviews, which i should have done, but Liveauctioneers shows them, as a 4star? 8 of the 12 reviews are a 1 star???

Listing of price range (MSRP $169.99) was greatly exaggerated! Sig Sauer website has same item for $99.99.

Today the auctioneer reached out to me directly and was seemingly very helpful. As of now I have an item that is currently being shipped, I have not seen the item but if its delivered as promised (tomorrow) I would like to change my review.

I am a very active Firearms Collector on auctions almost daily. Although I usually focus on Older (C & R) Military Sidearms, I won three brand new items from Full Clip Firearms. One item on 21 January Auction and two items on 22 January Auction with toal value of about $1200. I paid immediately as well as forwarded my FFL's License and address. This first item from 21 January was delivered in a timely manner but I did not receive the two items from 22 Jan. until March 8th. I had zero communication from Full Clip although I repeatedly E mailed and tried to reach them by phone numerous times. Very frustrating. Finally on 14 Feb someone answered their phone and I explained my desire to know when my items would be shipped. I was told he would check and get back to me but there was no communication from them again until I finally reached a man named Ethan who told me he would check and get back to me as well. NOTHING!! Finally, they two items were delivered to my FFL on 8 March without me ever being told shipping information. NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS and they will have no additional business from me. I won 4 auctions two GLOCK’s a Sig and a RRA 1911. Communication was great until they received payment. Then I didn’t hear nothing. My order was shipped last week (2/7 but it didn’t actually get shipped until another week, Fedex didn’t receive it until 2/13. Then I get my guns today (2/15) and instead of a Glock g17 gen 5 I get a gen 3. Values/prices are way different for the two. Like I said I received no communication, no response to my emails or direct messages through this app. This shipping wasn’t bad time wise but not answering any of my msg/emails and then sending the wrong item. It’s a gun with ffl and stuff that’s unacceptable to me. So now my ffl has to return all the items back and I have to dispute this on my credit card, pay shipping costs and Tying up $2200 now. Ridiculous. Try to save a buck you get burnt. Just buy from your local shop not these guys. Plus by the time you pay the fees it cost more anyway. 1 email from FCF and I wouldn’t be typing a negative review. Sincerely, your lost customer

After reading some horror stories on previous reviews I was worried I would have to wait a long time to get my items. I was pleasantly surprised when my FFL called me after a week and said my gun has arrived. All items I had purchased were beautifully packaged and were new in the original packaging. I would definitely buy again from forklift player arms and Wood Haley

Unwarranted negative reviews. Have made two purchases, both showed up when advertised. When I contacted FCF I was responded to in a timely fashion. Have no problem buying from FCF again.

It has been my experience that it is "extremely" rare to have an issue with any auction house on LiveAuctioneers. But, this one takes the cake for being unresponsive. Not a peep, it's as if they up and vanished. No returned calls or emails concerning shipment of items promptly paid for within 15 minutes of receipt of invoice. This was my first experience with this auction house, and most definitely my last. They did get a 5 star rating for payment process. They have that part of the process down pat.

I purchased 2 rifles and a handgun. Both rifles came in (5weks later) with scopes that were inferior type than was advertised. One rifle was advertised as 1908 but was newer. Haven't gotten the handgun yet after 6 weeks.

Purchased some expensive items that were never Recieved, never shipped, won't respond, took my money. If you like this kind of experience... Go ahead and do business with this person. Good luck!!

I won the item at a very cheap price. Surprisingly, they canceled my sale saying they made a mistake and they actually didnt have the item. 2 weeks later, they offer 2 more on their next auction. I won the item for $230.00. Obviously, they were losing money so they refunded me without any notification. When I contacted them they said they didn't have any. This auction house is a scam!!
