I was a bit put off by having to pay two fees. Other than that it was a positive experience, as I got a wonderful guitar at a reasonable price. The in-house shipping was a real plus. The instrument was packed well and shipped quickly. Very pleased with that.

It’s lil bit over price for shipping small goods

Not knowing the area, I did not know that the item would be that difficult to ship. There were little options in which to go with. Yes, there were a list of people to call for shipping but most did not want to go pick up or were totally unreasonable in pricing. I finally wound up calling around on my own and making arrangements.

In-house shipping should be much cheaper than getting an outside shipper and more convenient. But this wasn’t the case.
