I ALWAYS LOVE THEIR PACKAGING, IT MAY BE A LITTLE PRICEY FOR SHIPPING BUT I WOULD RATHER GET ITEMS PACKAGED CAREFULLY THAN A LOAD OF STUFF JUST LUMPED TOGETHER. Amazing items, fast shipping, I love their auctions!

I've had many paintings shipped to me from all over and never had damage or high cost. The packaging/padding were very inadequate and caused a lot of damage to the frame but as soon as I let them know and sent some photos they were very nice in trying to rectify the situation.

Item was as described but certainly took longer than usual when purchasing something from this Auction House.. Usually the purchased item is shipping out within a couple days of payment and received a few days after that... And what is going on with all of the additional charges on the invoice now-We are charged the buyers 23 % premium which is expected but on top of that there is now a Live Auctioneer's fee, and the insurance fee on top of the higher than normal shipping fee... Just be honest with your customers and raise the buyer's premium fee.. Back to the lost package situation-the package ended up at the distribution center twice and sat there for over a week the second time.. I sent a email to Leonard's Auction since I the tracking did not show information on which direction it would be sent-either mailed back to the Auction House or send my way again-received a message back "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this end. I am sure they will resend to you"... So that tells me, once you received all of the funds, you really do not care what happens after that... Thank goodness I did receive the following week..

They operate an efficient shop and were very accommodating during Covid for a pick up at their facility. They were very safe and followed precautions.
