Deposit A $200 refundable deposit must be made over the phone or via email to be approved for online bidding. No exceptions. Payment We will accept payments on-site (Hayward) Monday, April 7th until approximately 4 p.m. After that, payments will ONLY be accepted Tuesday, April 8th at Clars Auction Gallery, located at 5644 Telegraph Ave., Oakland, business hours 9a.m. - 5pm. You must have made payment and have a receipt in hand to pick up your property at the Hayward location. We will accept PayPal payments, but instant payments only, no e-check payments. Pickup Items will be available for pickup at the conclusion of the auction, Monday April 7th until 4 p.m. and Tuesday April 8th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All property much be paid for and removed by Tuesday April 8th, 2008 or it will be forfeited, no exceptions and no refunds!
