Conditions of Sale All items are sold AS-IS and will have a buyers premium added onto the winning bid. If paying by personal check we will hold item until check clears the bank. Refunds will only be issued on items that did not arrive to its destination after the insurance has settled with the auction company. You must notify the auction company personally by phone that the package did not arrive within 30 days of the shipment . All boxes shipped will have tracking and will be insured. If the item arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days and we can start the claims process. We will pay out on the claim once the shipper has paid us.Please be patient during the shipping process while we sort and get the items ready to be shipped, We try to make sure to put all your items together in one package if possible. If you pay for items/shipping by check we will hold items to be shipped until the check clears the bank. If you you would like to pick up your items please call and make arrangements all items left at the auction company that are not picked up after 60 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of the auction company, unless prior arrangement have been made with the auction company to pick up the items .If winning bidder does not contact auction company within 2 weeks after the auction to arrange for shipping of items paid for on the online auction we will presume said bidder is abandoning there items and will not be refunded for the winning lots that they bid on and won in the online auction. The lots will then become the property of the auction company to dispose of as they see fit for the items. Buyers premium Buyers premium will be added to each item won.
