By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. We thank you for your interest and participation. MERCHANDISE OFFERED Additional photographs are available upon request. Please eMail info@briggsauction.com All items offered for auction will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITHOUT GUARANTEE. All items are offered at absolute auction, with no reserves or minimums. Bidders are responsible for examining all items and/or requesting condition reports, and bidding according to their own expertise. If you have reservations about any item, please do not bid. All announcements made on the day of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials. REGISTRATION Buyers must register to participate in the auction. All registrations must be complete with valid credit card information by 9:00am PST (Noon EDST) on Friday, June 18th, or bidders will not be approved for this auction. We urge you to register prior to June 18th. A valid VISA or MasterCard is required to complete registration for this auction. Your information will be kept private and secure, and your card would only be used if you are a successful bidder. BIDDING The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final. The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, at the sole discretion of the auctioneer, the disputed lot shall be put up again at the last undisputed bid and resold. ABSENTEE and ON-LINE BIDS Briggs Auction accepts Absentee, and live On-Line bidding for this auction. All Absentee and On-Line bids are executed in a competitive manner and have an equal chance of being successful as on-the-floor bids, yet do not take precedence over any bidding method. Absentee and On-line bidding is a service we offer for the convenience of our customers. Although we make every effort to execute your bid(s), Briggs Auction is not liable for any errors or omissions. We will notify successful Absentee and On-Line bidders following the auction. BUYER'S PREMIUM and SALES TAX The Buyer's Premium of 18% will be added to each successful on-line sale. PA residents are required to pay PA State Sales Tax (6%) on each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. If exempt, you must present us with a valid tax exemption number. REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING No item may be picked up or will be shipped until full payment has been made. Merchandise pick-up on Saturday, June 19th will be from 7:30am - 11:30am, or by appointment. Please call the office at 610.566.3138 to make other arrangements. All shipping, packing, and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
