If you are the successful and winning bidder, you shall have a legal obligation to purchase the item (s) bid from CAZADORA Art Gallery. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. Any questions before bidding should be resolved by contacting CAZADORA Art Gallery. CAZADORA Art Gallery reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the auction at any time with no liability. All items are sold as/is, where/is. All bidders in our auctions should be aware of the following: Lots are sold "AS IS" as described in the Terms & Conditions of Auction. Statements regarding the condition of objects are only for general guidance and do not constitute a representation, warranty or assumption of liability by Cazadora Art Gallery Auctions. Cazadora Art Gallery strives to provide as much information as possible about items, including multiple photos, dimensions and condition reports. Some condition issues may not be noted in the condition report but are apparent in the provided photos which are considered part of the condition report. All bidders are encouraged to inspect items of interest in person and ask any questions they may have prior to bidding as well as review all points in the Terms & Conditions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Removal is on Thursday February 9 and Friday February 10, 2023 from 4PM to 8PM, or by appointment.

All lots offered are sold "AS IS".

If you have not contacted Cazadora Art Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
