By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. We thank you for your interest and participation. Special Note: If you would like to bid during this auction, you MUST be registered by 3PM on Friday, September 14th. We will not be approving bidders after 3PM on Friday, Sept. 14th. MERCHANDISE OFFERED ? All items offered for auction will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITHOUT GUARANTEE. ? Listings are for descriptive purposes only. ? Bidders are responsible for examining all items and/or requesting condition reports and bidding according to their own expertise. If you have reservations about any item, please do not bid. ? All announcements made on the day/evening of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials. REGISTRATION and BIDDING ? To bid on-line, you must register with Live Auctioneers. ? Successful on-line bidders will be notified following the auction and will be provided an invoice and payment details. PAYMENT and BUYER'S PREMIUM ? All items must be paid for and removed within ONE WEEK of the auction, unless you make prior arrangements with us. ? For successful On-line Bids, full payment via Cash, Approved Check, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or PayPal is required within one (1) week following the auction. ? A $20 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. ? The Buyer?s Premium will be added to each sale. REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING ? No item may be removed until full payment has been made. ? If an item must be left for pick-up at a later date, pick up hours are: - Saturday: 9am - 3pm - Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm - All-day Friday ? If you cannot remove your item within the week, you must notify us as to when you will be able to remove the item. ? If you plan to pick an item up during the week, please call the Showroom at 610-485-0412 prior to arriving, to confirm that day's schedule. ? All shipping, packing, and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. ? Briggs Auction, Inc. does not ship, however we can help make arrangements with local shippers.
