A Roman dagger blade of the Künzing type, 1st half - mid-3rd century A.D.Wide dagger blade with a curved edge and central ridge. Tang for fixing the handle broken off. Minor chips on the cutting edge. Expertly preserved. Length 32.5 cm.Provenance: South German private collection, acquired in the South German art trade in the 80s.Condition: II - III
