Antique Walnut Inlaid Dutch Marquetry Bureau Secrétaire
Stunning 19th Century Dutch Bureau, in walnut root, finely inlaid with fruit wood floral motifs. A hand carved scrolled Acanthus trimmed drop down front opens to a beautifully inlaid secretary writing desk with three serpentine lower drawers and barley twist columns flanking each side. All of this sits atop classic hand carved ball claw feet and contains all of its original hardware. This piece has been beautifully preserved and each detail perfectly captures gorgeous antique craftsmanship.
