05.06.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1157: I note that the vase is presently intact and structurally secure, appearing to stand stable against flat display surface, a close visual examination reveals some minor chipping to the foot ring, the smaller ‘fleabite’ chips likely original to the filing of the unpolished rim, and there is a substantial bubble trapped at the foot, the rim of the mouth remains smooth, and I do not currently observe fractures, or evidence of restoration following UV light examination
