This has an appx. 2mm round diamond set in the heart. Appx. .05 CTW . The ring has a filigree top and is appx. 10mm at top and tapers to appx. 1.3mm at the back of the finger. The sides of the band have a heart shaped solid area with etched design. The top of the ring has has a heart shape where the diamond is set as well as heart frames around that. Very nice old time ring. It is marked 18kt and tests as 18kt with a weight of appx. 1.87 gr. It is split at the back of the band which - if the buyer would have wanted to resize this, it works as it is offered at a reduced price and then it can be resized at the same time. I used to get these repaired but learned many people resize a ring "they've been looking for" andit makes sense to repair at the same time. Other than the repair that is needed, this is in very good condition with only typical wear. (LTM.23 SS12332 J LD 10/28/23)
