A rare early design from Hans Hopfer, creator of the iconic Mah Jong sofa. This pair of modular lounge chairs features a fabulous Space Age silhouette, with tubular chrome runner-style bases and chenille crushed velvet upholstery. Attributed to the "Mobilante" series, designed by Hans Hopfer for Mobilia Oxred, Germany; c. 1970's. Dimensions: H 25" x W 29" x D 34.25" x SH 14.75". Condition: Fabric with a few spots of minor soiling and rubbing to pile. Otherwise in very good condition. PE106
