Fine and rare Patek Philippe 18k rose gold open face pendant wind pocket watch with finely chased floral and scroll decoration surrounding a chased and embossed scene depicting St. George and The Dragon with the inscription S. Geogius Equity Patronus on the back cover. The inside of the back depicts a ship at full sail with the sleeping Christ and two apostles inscribed In Tepestate Securitas. This watch was retailed by Spaulding and Company of Chicago and has a presentation inscription on the cuvette dated 1903.
