05.16.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3092: I note that the table is presently intact, with hinges fastening leaves to table appear secure and operate smoothly, the table top has an area of spotting, and some minor varnish peeling/ flaking at the opposite end, the brass marquetry is relatively well-retained, and the brass banding has some minor areas of loss, and segments of visibly reinforced/ laid brass that was previously lifting, the brass exhibits patination/ oxidation, and there are minor splits with light lifting to the veneer at the base
