5.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3216-The structure is sturdy, the marble top is intact with some small and typical chips and light abrasions noted mostly along the molded trim and rough back edge, the drawers open smoothly, all retain a worn fabric liner that appears to be attached with adhesive to interior drawer bottom, feel sturdy however, I am unable to view, the case is overall clean with only minimal light wood wear, some minor tonal variation, escutcheons are all present with some varied screws, metal mounts are bright and intact, I am unable to view the right side panel please refer to online images, the left side appears clean, please see attached images for your review.
