Description: William Banks Fortescue, 19th-century Impressionist, oil on canvas set to board, study of a bee hive in April. A springtime investigation of the hive's quality and condition. gilded oval picture frame. Accredited and certified by renowned West Country dealer Alan Bennett and David Lay Fine Arts, who both owned and possessed this piece in their own collections. Size: approximately 22" by 18" when framed.
