Description
DESCRIPTION: Pair of Antique Chinese wooden wedding baskets with lightly carved floral designs in horizontal bands along the exterior of three removable circular compartments, topped with a lid featuring a carved genre scene and mounted with carved wooden strap handles and bronze grips.
Signed to the straps as well as inside top covers.
CIRCA: Late 18th early 19th century.
ORIGIN: China
DIMENSIONS: H: 25" D: 17"
CONDITION: Good condition. some age cracks to wood commensurate with age.
