DESCRIPTION: Faberge style vermeil letter opener comprised of a detailed horse head form pommel, inset at the eyes with cabochon rubies; A blue guilloche enamel handle surrounded by foliage and arc designs in relief on tapered Sterling grips bordered by two paved diamond rings. Vermeil blade has a raised scrolling leaf and rose depiction at the base and emerges out of a ray designed tang and double sided pave diamond band.
Sits in wood latch box lined by soft fabric.
