Description
A Nazca Hat and Wig Peru, c. 1-700 AD Loop stitch camelid wool hat with tapestry woven band. Braided hair descending from the back of the cap in a long fall, each braid elegantly wrapped at its end, creating as a whole a wide decorative band with rectangles enclosing stepped diamonds in vibrant red, blue, brown, and yellow wool. With a metal and acrylic display stand.
