They steered me to a shipper that did a great job packing and shipping some rather large and heavy items that I had won at a price less than half of other quote I got. Also the whole process was faster than most auction houses.

Generally, it was pleasant dealing with the owners. The downside is the disorganization of the actual auction space. It was difficult to identify as there is no proper signage. Additionally, a good amount of the items were incorrect and not matched. For example, some photos were deceptive and had “matching” earrings but really they were different but close enough to be imperceivable in photos. I won many lots and I was missing two whole lots. Being that I wasn’t super stoked about the winnings when I went through them, I didn’t bother asking for the other two. When I arrived it was a total mess inside, they were scrambling to find my lots. There were hand written tags for my lots with conflicting numbers (one piece of paper would say lot 430, 213, and 308.” The owner was confusing himself and having trouble gathering all my stuff. Due to the quality of the items, I wouldn’t bid again but it was worth a try.

No condition report and not clear photos of the items but very responding to calls and requests!

Nice item. Listing needed to have more pictures. Vase was not signed as stated in the description. There needs to be more explanation of shipping charges and other options for shipping. Shipping was more than I paid for the item. Also further explanation of fees, there were the sellers fees and processing fees. Also need more explanation about how to pay. I asked this question, but received no answer. My credit card was charged several days after the auction ended. Overall I am happy with the item, but due to additional charges would probably not buy from again.
