Bought Two Coins
I had no problem with paying for the coins, shipping took a little longer. I think it might be because of the Post Office. Love the Coins! Bought them for my two little Grandchildren! 5 STAR Auction

Terrible service & incomplete order received.
We finally received 3/4 items after 8 weeks of recurring emails and phone calls. No explanation regarding the item missing until I emailed asking why it was not received. Response was "defective item" and the money only then refunded. Horrible customer service. You are much better off purchasing items from a store than bidding on items with this company. Will never purchase from this company again.

TOOK 18 DAYS TO RECEIVE ITEMS ONLY TO FIND ONE NOT SHIPPED. ITEMS ARE CHEAP MADE IN CHINA JUNK. I HAVE WON ANOTHER ITEM SINCE THAT I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR. HAD TO DO AN ONLINE SEARCH TO FIND A WORKING PHONE NUMBER TO INQUIRE WHEN MY ITEMS WOULD BE SHIPPED. $30 IN SHIPPING AND ITEMS SENT PARCEL SELECT. I AM A DISABLED MAN AND FEEL CHEATED. I WILL PROBABLE THROW THE ITEMS AWAY RATHER THAN BE EMBARASSED WHEN SOMEONE MIGHT SEE THEM

2 items that I won had to be refunded 1 they say was damaged but I think they were looking for more money on it 1 no explanation but offered a different item

Many items I won after not being the highest bidder. I find it hard to believe there would be this many retractions on items especially as soon as I stop bidding. I did not receive half of my items and half of my other order was incorrect. No help from the auction house I submitted documentation to my financial institution for getting my money back. Look into why so many retracted bids occurred during these auctions.

I will never again participate in an auction with this shady "auction house". It took numerous attempts to call and email to get through or get a response. Twice I was told that my items were being shipped and they were not. This does not reflect well on LiveAuctioneers.

I paid for this item, but haven't received it, and haven't received any communication from the auction house about it. Unlike Ebay, I don't know what resolution process Live Auctioneers has. What gives?

1 pair dangle earrings, both appear to be mounted backward on their ear hooks. Online Did not accept Amex and wouldn't process my Visa card. I was doing this on weekend, so no one available to help. Otherwise fine

The shipping charges were outrageous ($15 for two magazines) and they still have not arrived. I am planning on challenging the charges with my credit card tomorrow if they don't arrive.

I told them to keep my money and the item. I promise never to bother them again. The gave me directions how to pay and I did exactly what the said then they made an incident out of it and everyone stopped me from bidding. Just another day. the items I didn't answer were not completed. I only answered the ones that did not pertain so they are wrong. You should give other options.

Hi I never give someone a bad survey and I hate doing it, this time. I bid on several items won one lot, paid for that lot. Received a receipt showing paid. Waited for a week or so did not receive a tracking number. I called and they had trouble with something I was not told what. I was told I would receive an email with tracking number never received it. Called again said they would email me a tracking number never received. Then I got an email stating that the item was broken and I would get a refund. As of today 31 Aug 2015 I still have not received a refund. So I have contacted my CC and we have now opened a case.
