Three Weeks and Still Waiting to Receive an Item Purchased
Folks, it should not take very long to transport something 330 miles from Las Vegas to Phoenix, and yet as I write this on January 2, 2022, an item I purchased on December 12, 2021, has yet to arrive despite contacting Robinhood Auctions more once about the lack of delivery. I am now becoming concerned whether I will ever see it. According to UPS it has been "On Its Way" for two weeks now. Rest assured, I shall think twice about bidding at a Robinhood Auction in the future.

i called the office regarding the wrong address on the mailing address. i have to say the man was so rude and really no helpful. told him i was going to call the credit card company if package was not delivered to the correct address

We can only rely on the shipping address provided to us by our customers and follow their shipping instructions, which we did. You called when the package was already out for delivery. Thankfully, we were able to redirect the package to the updated address and you received both items. We also covered the $25 change of address fees we incurred due to you submitting the wrong address. We don’t need a thank you, but it was very surprising to see your negative review. They charge the same day, yet it’s 20 days after and my item haven’t shipped yet
I bought items from this auction before, they are responsive, and answer your questions, but they haven’t shipped my item yet stating that in the description they wrote it needs more than usual turnaround, such a vague statement, what’s the usual turnaround, and what’s the shipping time frame, I bought my item as a Nov 5 birthday gift!!!! Today is Nov 1st and my item hasn’t shipped yet, cause it needs stretching and the framers are packed, please next time disclose this clearly on your description, it needs more than 4 weeks to process and ship!!!! Thank you

My picture was framed very nicely and arrived safely intact.
My picture I won a month ago just came in today. It took a little longer than I thought it would take to receive, but I am happy with my picture.

Great Experience.
This was my first time buying from an online auction. Great transaction, fast and safe. I called the auction house to see if I could pick up the items, while this was not available, they explained the shipping method. Very friendly. The watercolors are wonderful. Much better than expected professional framing.

This was by far my easiest & least stressful interaction with an auction house. It is so much better when they include the shipping directly & are fair.
