Smooth and easy process followed by some of the most ridiculous shipping fees added I’ve ever seen on any platform of this type.. extreme overkill on packing supplies … unnecessary and costly experience.. would have shipping prepared

Great experience with this auction house. All questions, along with the payment process, were handled quickly. Item was shipped promptly-and very well packaged (protected!). This was the third positive experience with Lion and Unicorn over the last few years.

Have had some bad experiences with other auction houses, these guys were pleasant and took care of the problem. It is easy to say nice things when you don’t have a conflict, I can honestly say they were a pleasure to do business with.

I have been dealing with Lion & Unicorn for several years and dozens and dozens of items. I like the fact they do their own shipping and most of the time at reasonable prices. Also they ship quite quickly. The few times I have ever had an issue they have been very good about resolving it quickly and fairly. I consider myself one of their very regular customers.

The item was very well packaged and protected during shipping. However the cost seemed high, more than the item I purchased. Nice people just high on the shipping cost.

I would happily purchase from them again. The painting was packaged very well, was exactly as described, and their team was very responsive. They even helped to ensure I would receive the painting in time for my brother’s graduation. An all around great experience.
