My transaction went smoothly with Schultz Auctioneers. The item description was accurate, bidding easy, and they provided fast and secure shipping of my item. When I choose to have them ship my item rather than making my own arrangements, I was asked if I wanted a follow up call when they knew how much it would cost before adding it to my credit card. I said no so they wouldn't have to bother, but I got a call anyway letting me know the cost, which I thought was very professional of them. I would not hesitate to bid with this auctioneer again.

Ben and Kelley are reputable auctioneers with the highest of standards and responsive to the needs of their customers, whether buying or selling. They have a great office staff that that handles all the administrative and tries to answer any questions. Kevin their assistant is wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

UPS damaged many items and Schultz worked through the insurance claim. And resolved the situation. The undamaged items were exactly what I expected to recieve.
