took forever to get items and when they were received, they came in boxes much larger than the item, with little packing material. Boxes were crushed but items inside were undamaged. Would have hoped that items would have been shipped with more care.

The pictures on the website was not a representative of what I received. I paid retail basically when you add fees and shipping. I am overall disappointed but I bid on the item and paid in full. The shipping was very expensive for no reason. The shoes arrived in a reasonable amount of time but the original box was beat up bad. The shoes looked very used although the bottoms look brand new. The site listed them in excellent condition. The company did reach out to me but I have not reached out to them yet. I paid over $700 for a pair of shoes that looked like they were worth $100. I hope your experience is not mine.

Bought an Hermes silk scarf. The item itself was nice. Just did not present well in that cheap plastic envelope. It’s Hermes, can’t be packaged like that, come on.
