It's hard to not feel like they have you over a barrel when it comes to shipping from an auction house that doesn't give you a shipping estimate upfront. I see some auctions where there is a shipping cost listed for each item. I wish that happened more often so buyers would have more confidence in the process. Other than cost, the items were packed well and arrived quickly.

Whoever shipped these items played a sick joke; they took apart the Pola Station; dumped the small parts into a giant box; the box was full of popcorn.   It took at least 30 minutes searching the box for the pieces; the cost of shipping was   not   cheap, but the   way it was shipped was! I would never use these folks again, due to the poor shipping.

The auction was one of the best run auctions I have been privileged to be part of. All concerns were answered professionally and in a timely manner.

I recently purchased just under 70 lots from Elliott and had them shipped. Not only was everything well described, but it was well packed and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase here again. A HUGE edge in my opinion (especially with multiple lots) is the way invoices/receipts are generated. I was able to easily import the list of purchases into my accounting software and have an easy reference to review when inventory moves. Well done, and thank you!

Elliott Auctions is Great.

Most auctions let local shipping companies do the dirty work. Elliot does it themselves and they are very reasonable. Some auctions I pay more for shipping than the item I won.

Absolutely no complaints from start to finish. I'm very, very pleased with Elliott Auctions yet again.
